Mission Statement

This is a parent to parent support community.

To protect the integrity of the group:

• Vendor participation is limited to approved vendors

• Vendor promotional activity is structured and reviewed quarterly

• Only fully approved and onboarded vendors may post promotional content

Violation of group policies may result in suspension or removal at admin discretion.

Vendor Approval Overview

• Vendor approval is granted quarterly (Q1 to Q4)

• Maximum of 10 vendors approved per quarter

• Vendors must follow all group rules and assigned posting themes

• Business name must match the profile or page used in the group

• Applications with mismatched information may be declined

• Group Expert badge must be accepted within 3 days of approval

• Failure to accept the badge may result in forfeiture of approval

Terms of Participation

• To maintain fairness and rotation, vendors must take one full quarter off after completing their quarterly term.

• Approved vendors may participate in our quarterly posting rotation. Vendors seeking expanded exposure may apply for our promotional spotlight package, which includes featured content across our website and community platforms.

• Participation does not automatically renew.

• Submitting your request does not guarantee entry into the quarterly rotation period.

Vendor Eligibility Requirements

Vendors must:

• Have a profile or business page at least one year old

• Review all group rules and featured posts prior to participation

• Follow all group rules in posts, comments, and interactions

• Promote only the approved service category selected in the application

• Maintain at least three months of recent public reviews on Google or Facebook page reviews.

Applications without verifiable public reviews will not be reviewed or approved.

Posting Guidelines

These rules apply to both Quinceañeras on a Budget groups.

• Posting days: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday

• Limit: One post per allowed day, per group

• Posts must be created directly within the group

• Reshared content from business pages or external sources will be auto-declined

• Promotion of other groups or vendors is not permitted

Failure to follow posting guidelines may result in suspension of posting privileges.

Additional Notes

• Vendor approval does not carry over automatically between quarters

• Posting access resets at the end of each quarter

• Approved vendors receive a Group Expert badge and are added to the approved vendor list

• The profile used for participation must already be a group member

• Due to application volume, individual status inquiries cannot be accommodated

Approved vendors will be notified directly.
